Boiler Service
Your boiler is a complex appliance made up of many different parts, all of which contribute to the running of your central heating system.
An annual service ensures that your boiler is running as efficiently as possible, helping to keep your energy bills low and to avoid an expensive problem arising in the future.
What’s more, the manufacturer’s warranty on your boiler may be void if you don’t service it annually. At T Zapasnik we only use manufacturer-approved parts when carrying out your service.
A boiler service takes around 45 minutes to an hour and will cause very little interruption.
Boiler installations
We have over 20 years of experience in installing all types of boilers and our Director is a Gas Safe registered engineer, so you can be confident that you are in good hands. The installation of a new boiler is different in every home and so we will take the time to create a heating system that is right for you. We will provide a bespoke fully inclusive quote with no hidden fees.
We can install all types of domestic boilers to include, Worecstor, Vailliant, Ideal and Baxi.
Our preferred manufacturer, however, is Intergas and our Director is an Accredited Installer of Intergas. Intergas boilers are mechanically much simpler than your average boiler. They have less moving parts than any other boiler meaning there is less to go wrong. If problems do arise, it is often very simply to replace the parts meaning that we can get your boiler back up and running in no time. All Intergas boilers use the same parts which we keep in stock and we so we can usually get your boiler repaired the same day.
Landlord Services
We regularly carry out Landlord Certificates, boiler servicing and help to maintain the property.

Kitchens
We have vast experience in meeting all of your plumbing needs in your new kitchen. Our Gas Safe Registered team can install your new gas hob, any oven, Aga or dishwasher and much more.
Hot water cylinders.
We also install mains pressure hot water cylinders. they are high in efficiency, have a fast re heating time, which are perfect for familys who need a higher demand for hot water then your combination boiler can provide. Added to this if your home is larger than the average house and the bathrooms are some distance away from your hot water tank, then a secondary hot water pump can be installed which can be set on a timer so you have hot water at your taps without having to run and waste a lot of water for long periods of time.
Under floor heating
We have years of experience in installing under floor heating systems. We will personally design and fit your under floor heating, equipped with the thermostats of your choice including ones which can be controlled by your phone.
